Tyler is great. The hassle of the text blitz from the sales team is enough to make me want to drive to west palm and stop dealing with this place. Just because I choose factory certified technicians does not mean I deserve to harassed by a group of fools. I bought Toyota because it lasts. Not because it is disposable. I enjoy Tyler and his personal style. He is always professional and customer focused. He shows care and concern for his clients and makes honest and sound recommendations. He is the only person at the dealership that I trust. Consider that and give him a raise.

I brought my Toyota RAV 4 in for a free oil change as my salesman told me when I purchased my car 6 months ago. In addition, I received an email saying to contact the service department for This service. My car only has 2,000 miles but I still brought it in. When I dropped it off Jon told me I would receive txt updates on my service. I never received any until 7pm, many hours after I left. When my car was done I was shocked to find out an oil change was not done. Jon said there was a misunderstanding. Yes there was. I wasted my time having to drive there from Port St Lucie. Very disappointed.
