After service I had to clean up all the trash that was left inside from whoever was too lazy to do it. From my experience most dealerships return your vehicle after service with a car wash but in this case it was messier than when I dropped it off. Paper on the floor, a paper on the dash, a plastic hair covering, and some kind of plastic on the seat.

You have a wonderful Advisor team. Kim and Tori are wonderful. I am sorrry I did not get the name of the young lady who tried to help me when I came to pick up. Unfortunately, she encountered some type of disagreement with one of the service ladies in a blue shirt outside. A nice young lady took the keys that were returned to the Advisor and quietly and quietly went to get my vehicle. I wish I got her name as well. She was sweet. Have a wonderful day

I spent 2 hours and 40 minutes waiting for my car to have a simple 5,000 mile 5000 miles complimentary Maintenence done. That is absolutely ridiculous. In addition to maintenance, I had a problem with the paint having mold. A man came over and was completely rude, condescending, arrogant and plain rude when I was discussing it with him. Right out of the gate, he interrupted me when I said my first sentence to tell me I was wrong, and he’s NEVER heard of such a thing. And then he continued to be a complete arrogant bully telling me that he knows everything because he has detailed hundreds and THOUSANDS of cars. I’m very dissatisfied with your dealership, and I tell everyone that I can, and I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from your dealership again. I will also be bringing my car to Melbourne or Vero Toyota for all future maintenance, issues or repairs. When I was purchasing my car, everyone was “up my ****” to please me, and once I laid down my $50,000 for my car, your dealerships’ employees don’t even make a small effort to resolve a $200 problem. Your dealership has solidified the notion that car dealerships are only out for themselves.

Every time I bring my vehicle into Bev Smith Toyota, I leave extremely pleased with the overall experience. In my visit for service on my 2022 Highlander, I was immediately met warmly by a service greeter who communicated w Anthony who came to my car and repeated what items on which I wanted service and if there was any Addie items needing service. When the work was completed in a timely manner, he reviewed the print out of what was done and processed the payment quickly. It was quick, friend
