Ms. Lundy was very attentive and detailed with the knowledge she has I assume. She did well as an individual providing a service, but Toyota on a hold needs to provide better customer service. They need to communicate before reaching out to the customer especially when more than one person or department is involved. The manager needs to be more aware and proactive.
