My service advisor Kim was phenomenal as usual. How my vehicle wasn’t returned in state of cleanliness as when it came in. The white leather and stitching were extremely dirty. I have spoken with the service manager regarding all issues but feel free to contact me @ ****-****-xxxx

I reviewed the scope of work with the service representative at my appointment time and he indicated 2 1/2 hours at 1:30 my scheduled appointment. At 4:00 he said it would be 15 min more . At 5:30 thirty he said they had to go to an auto parts store because the air filter ordered was not the right part so that had to drove the vehicle to O’Reiley to get an air filter I finally got the car at 6:00 , 4 1/2 hours not 2 1/2 Had the service rep let me know the work would take that long I would have rented a car driven to my missed meeting and returned to pick up the vehicle Sunday and return the rental Had he been diligent with knowing the time frame of the repair I would have make arrangements to get picked up but was misinformed on the time needed for the repair Your service reps and mechanics need to communicate so time estimates are reasonable and your customers can plan. I missed an important meeting because they did not talk to each other J in only Service both vehicles at Bev Smith Exclusively

When we picked up our car it was filthy black dirt inside and out. Too dirty to get into. Service writter girl took it upon herself to clean the seats and dash etc. I read a call from the Mgr over the repair service dept. She offer to clean our vehicle the next time we come in for service. Our car was there over a month and we did rec. A loaner which was returned spotless inside and out.

Tyler & Jason (parts dept.) worked as a team for a modification to my 4Runner Limited to Heritage grille. I considered using after market parts but based on their excellent help and advice I’m glad I went with Toyota OEM for this modification.
