It's always a pleasure visiting Bev Smith. Kim my service advisor always happily greets me and I am in and out without any delay. Allison always greets us with a happy smile and makes sure we are being taken care of. By the way, place looks great with the new building and a wonderful coffee and snack section. Thank you Kim. When I called in the morning and told her my problem,she said she would talk with service and 10 minutes later she texted me. I was there by 11:30 and issue was completed by 1:00. Kim is a great service advisor and service dept is so dependable.

Heaven is such a wonderful person. She is so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to my car. She is very honest and I love her being my go to person when I need service for my Toyota. She is awesome.

Heaven helped me with making sure that I was able to use my service plan for the services that were provided yesterday. I paid a lot of money at the time I purchased my vehicle to include a service plan that would suit my needs. Heaven took the time needed to assist me with my needs and I appreciate that. Thank you.

Ken who I leased my car with and young man I think Mclay was able to show me how to get maps to show up on dash and made a Vidio for me to look at if I have a problem. These two are worth their wait in gold.

Years ago I bought two new car tires was around $700. The one tire went flat because the inner tube was faulty and it ripped when my husband took the car in he was told well it wasn’t your fault. It was a faulty tire and you won’t be charged today. They charged him I think around $270 for a new tire. I think that’s terrible when I bought that tire. I didn’t know it was only gonna last two years. I really felt ripped off.
