Natoriea Lundy is amazing at her job!!! She was accommodating and very knowledgeable about my service. She even gave me extra information on the service and was willing to wait for me while I was having card issues. Every time I have come to Bev Smith Toyota, she has given me amazing service. Well to begin with I told Lenny Cruz about the issue with my Toyota tundra which was that the right side passenger door as well as the passenger side rear door locks were not working. Somehow Lenny only put down that my passenger door lock was not working properly which delayed the returned of my truck. When I spoke to another customer service personnel I stated my frustration because like I said to her even if I had not told Lenny about the rear door which I did if you were to press the remote for my vehicle only the left side doors would open up it’s not rocket science but I guess you guys at Toyota have i compitan people working for you . I am very disappointed with the service when I asked for a reduction of my bil nothing was done you guys charged me full price for everything that we done no consideration for the customer. Needless to say I will not be returning to you for anything and will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from you your customer service is very poor

While the rep did an satisfactory job, he did say something that baffled me but i won't go into detail. I watched people that were there After me leave before me and all I was getting was an oil change. It was almost Three hours later before it was finished. Needless to say, i won't be getting my vehicle serviced there again if i can help it. Good luck with your new facility though.
