Wait time to have vehicle serviced was five hours, way too long with an appointment. After Brakes were finally done I needed to come back the next today due to noise when braking requiring resurfacing of rotors. Initially there should have been a test drive after the brake job was first done but obviously it was not. The problem seem to have been fixed currently. My advisor Caitlin was top notched and did everything thing in her power to remedy my situation and was personable and easy to work with.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NON AMERICAN MADE VEHICHLE AGAIN. WE HAVE VOICED THIS FROM THE BEGINING AND GIVEN NOTHING BUT EXCUSES.

As part of service tires were to be rotated. When I drove away, I checked the tire pressure..it was as low as when I drove in. I came right back to get it fixed! I am not confident that the tires were rotated, which I paid for! As I waited by Service Garage while they put air in my tires, there was considerable profanity being shouted by the workers in the garage! Very unprofessional!

Pablo is great. He was friendly and laughed easily. He didn’t crack under my weekly questions and stress, made this long process quite pleasant. He and Kiki need a long paid vacation for what they handle every day with a smile, friendly, and calming demeanor.
