Service was very good. And mr Negron was very nice and helpful.
I felt my experience was real proffessional, everyone that I came across was polite my car was done even quicker than I was told and my car was properly serviced. It was a real pleasure as a customer and I will be coming often to service my car here at Bev Smith Kia.
I like the fact that kia keeps up with the maintenance needed periodically to keep my used car healthy, because I do not plan on selling it anytime soon.

I came without an appt because when I called the lady told me that it was an emergency. I had three workers (not Frank) come up and ask what service I needed. I let them know what happened and they kept insisting that what I told them is not what happened. It would be pointless to lie because I want the best service for my car and damage speaks for itself. I was without a car for two weeks, with no rental or offering of a vehicle. I called over 10 times within a span of 4 days with no call back even though I was told I would get one. The only call I got was from a sales man and that sales man was the one to give me a somewhat update on my vehicle( thanks Jose) I know it’s busy and short handed but my job is the same way and I still manage to keep up with my clients. The service was very unprofessional and for not having my car for two weeks I shouldn’t have paid the amount I did for repairs. I will not be getting another car with this company and will not recommend it to anyone.

Amanda was a 5 star and is asset to the KIA dealership. When I pulled up on my loaner car she greeted me immediately friendly and professionally. She took my information always comforting me like a nurse does to her patient . She then went and got my car and brought it right to me . Thank you again for this great beautiful service .
