Petra is a gem. Don’t let that one get away. There was some confusion regarding my reservation upon arrival but one of your young men really went out of his way to help me before Petra finished the intake process. At the end of my visit, your detail person had neglected to clean the car. Petra handled the situation and it ultimately was resolved by the department head. Especially as compared to the vast majority of “service departments “ I’ve had to deal with, yours is by far the best. My highest compliments and admiration for your department head. Terrible customer service will never recommend bev smith kia to anyone. Such rude employees who are just con artist and will lie and lead you on. Now I have a hit to my credit for nothing when the guy said I could definitely get lower payments which he lied about and had someone else with a attitude to tell me about it. Once this car is gone I will never do any business with that car dealership plus they say they wash your car and do a terrible job. What a joke.
