Jessica was wonderful. But since leaving the facility, I had to return once because my display was blank. Another kind female associate reset it and it worked. That had never happened before. Now, two other times today when I went to turn my car off, it sounds like the engine is still running. When my husband checked under the hood, the fans were still running. It took some time and having to turn the car on and off to get the fans to turn off. The engine was not running hot. I have never experienced problems with my car before of this nature and it’s very odd that now, the day of my service, all of these things are happening. I will be calling tomorrow but unfortunately I live in West Palm Beach and will be at work tomorrow and you guys are in Fort Pierce. It’s not like it’s right around the corner for me to bring the car back. I need to know what happened to my car to be causing these things to happen. My husband said I could end up with a dead battery if the fans do not turn off. All I came in for was a routine oil change and tire rotation. Again, Jessica was wonderful. My beef is with the maintenance work.
Petra was very nice and accommodating, i was a day early for my appointment and she helped me out and fit me into her schedule which i really really appreciated.

This was my first experience with Kia service. Frank was very helpful and polite. The service was fast and efficient. Before I drove away I had questions and Frank went above and beyond to help make sure I had every issue resolved before driving away.
I would also like to add that the shuttle service was exceptional. The driver, Phillip, was considerate and kind. He made sure my kids and I got home safe and sound.
Frank has been able to miraculously pull your service department out of the hole it was in. He’s courteous, calm and reliable. The whole attitude of the entire department has changed..for the better. Do whatever it takes to keep him.

Car was finished, sitting parked. I had to search for someone to inform them it was there. They said it was just brought out but there was 5 cars behind it. After 21/2 hours I was told a part had to be ordered.
