Did not diagnose the problem. Only did basic battery and starter tests. As I mentioned the problem exists when the breaks are stiff leading me to to focus that this is a break booster problem somehow locking out the starting system. If the mechanic checked the starting system when the car was delivered via tow truck they would have see what I am talking about. I am sure they finally looked at it after the weekend where the intermittent problem self corrected. The vacuum system in the booster should have been checked for leakage.

Jessica was friendly and professional. I liked that she came and gave me updates on my car’s progress. It was nice that a staff member walked around the lobby to make sure we were comfortable while we were waiting and offered us various drinks.

Well first off, I made an appointment for 8:30 and I didn’t leave until after 10:00. Then when I was driving I noticed greasy hand prints on my light gray leather door handle. I also was missing a valve stem cover when I came in. I asked him to replace it. They switched out the two on the passenger side with black ones instead of the ones with the green caps and left the green ones on the driver side. Just disappointed…
