The first time we came for our service my wife was brought home at noon. At 6:30 T night someone called an said our car was done. My wife said come pick me up to get my car. Dumbfounded! Ok call you right back, one hour later we called back , again dumbfounded again, so an hour later the guy that brought my wife home came to pick her up. Guess the car was not done. Two weeks later another spot. They had to order a part but never called us This time we stayed and21/2 hours later it was done. Lousy service!
We have brought our car in several times since we bought it a month ago and service says it’s fixed and it’s not. It happened again today. Time is money. The mechanics must not have the education needed nor the service supervision to continue to let this happen. Very disappointed and now have to wait till next Thursday to get the same issue looked at.
I was told I needed to replace my engine air filter. The filter cover was never removed and the filter is almost new. I was told the cabin air filter needed changing, they never looked at it.

90 min Wait was a little longer than expected for having an appointment.
Did not diagnose the problem. Only did basic battery and starter tests. As I mentioned the problem exists when the breaks are stiff leading me to to focus that this is a break booster problem somehow locking out the starting system. If the mechanic checked the starting system when the car was delivered via tow truck they would have see what I am talking about. I am sure they finally looked at it after the weekend where the intermittent problem self corrected. The vacuum system in the booster should have been checked for leakage.
Jessica was friendly and professional. I liked that she came and gave me updates on my car’s progress. It was nice that a staff member walked around the lobby to make sure we were comfortable while we were waiting and offered us various drinks.
