Petra was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was quite knowledgeable regarding what was the best service for my car and offered me the best price possible, I feel. When I picked up my vehicle, she gave me great advice moving forward. Again, a wonderful service experience at this Kia.

They did not do a proper inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle was brought in with the head light out, when I asked if all that was checked off I was told that it was. When I specifically asked about the head light she appeared to be caught off guard with my question. It was at this point I made her aware that the headlight was out yet it was checked off green. Although I informed her about the lights when I was told the vehicle was ready and asked about the light it was not looked into. I had to ask for a manager to make the report.

My scheduled appt was, I was told, today, at 11am. Someone inadvertent made it for yesterday at 1:30pm. I was accommodated today, and in a timely manner
I visited the dealership on March 3, 2022 to have a tire looked at that I had a nail in, and the Salesman named Frank assisted me. I was under the assumption that I had road hazard warranty for my car, but I was told by him that I did not have it, and i would have to purchase a new tire because the tire that was damaged could not be repaired and I was surprised at the price of the tire which I did not have to spend on a tire. After getting the tire repaired it cost me a lot more than what I could afford but I ended up buying the tire anyway. The next morning i called and told them I wanted my old tire back because I was going to get a second opinion and I took it to another shop that repairs tires and I was told by the tire changer that it could be fixed I was shocked after hearing that. I had my old tire repaired and took the new one back to the dealer for a refund. I have been a loyal customer for five years with no issues and pays on time every month. but I always had nothing bu ftrust from the Salesman at Kia. If they don't want my business I can go somewhere else.
