We saw our car sitting in the Kia parking lot for at least an hour after work was done. We sat for 2 hours for a 5 minute brake light bulb to be replaced. Very disappointed. Diane H

He was very though he answered all my questions and reassured me that all I wanted to be completed was done and also offered me a detail of my car and also reassured me that if I had any other problems to reach out right away. He has a great personality and is a valued employee in my eyes which is hard to come by in todays world. I appreciate him

This is the second time I brought my vehicle to this dealership for the same repair, and they are still unable le to find and fix the problem. I feel that this car is unsafe! It is not a question of "if" ot will refuse to start again, it is a question of "when"! My wife now refuses to drive this vehicle. It will leave us stranded again!

A simple fix of a wheel sensor. Also included fixing my blind side mirror operation. Easy to work with and I had a chance to talk to a salesman about a new vehicle.

A wasted 4.5 hours which is totally unacceptable. Definitely was not satisfied with the tech’s listening skills of my concerns. I expected better service with my initial 2023 vehicle’s service. To top off my disappointment, the transmission light went on as I reached home. So now I need to have an appointment for the vehicle to have a diagnostic test. On a personal note, I can’t afford to take all these hours off work.
