Aaron was great!! But .. ONCE AGAIN 4th time now .. no warranty part replaced again .. manufacturer once again sent wrong color! So ANOTHER trip from Okeechobee to get a part replaced. Never have I had to go through this much to get service done ...

Scheduling was very frustrating. Trying to talk to service but no one ever called back . But I somehow found out the call center sent me to someplace else to leave my messages. My sales rep who I reach out to because no one from service or call center would call me back- misrepresented himself as still an employee there finally fess up he was not allowed near the dealership. After text messages, calls… told sales manager. Very frustrating to try to get a human being to ask a simple question because the call people are not mechanics
