I will never take my car to Bev Smith Kia again. The service was awful and my advisor did not keep up on everything that he needed to keep up on and then on top of it they could never figure out what was wrong with my car after we kept taking it back so we end up taking it to Hyundai and it was only a simple matter of the battery being too small for my car and that's after I've been taking my car to Bev Smith Kia since November and it was January when I got it fixed with Hyundai
Had no appointment today but they got me in and out in less than two hours.
Fred was very helpful and was able to make room on schedule for an additional service.
Price was too much for the part replaced. And if this is what costs to replace something that costs a few dollars I will not get another Kia again.

While I was at Kia for service I wound up trading the car in & purchased a new Niro
I never took my old kia back from service.

I appreciate the fact that Petra takes the time to explain things I need to know before and after any services I receive on my vehicle.
My appointment was set for 1pm i didnt not get out of there until 3:37pm. All i was there for was an oil change. No one came to update me i had to go inquire as to what the delay was. I finally asked the gentleman who first signed me in what the delay was. Apparently they didnt have the kind of air filter that my car takes. Mind you i purchased this car from this same location also made this appointment about 2 weeks ago. So you would think maybe someone would make sure they had what they needed on hand before the customer comes in and waste 2 1/2hrs of there only day off from work on an oil change. The part i loved the most was when a young lady who works there called me to reschedule my service visit because according to her records i had missed it. I just laughed and informed her that i was in there lobby and i have been there for the last 2hrs and change at that point. I will say that when i spoke to Tim one of the service managers he actually looked into the delay and made sure to get my car out to me within less than 10min. I have to go back in anout 3months for my oil change again i hope i have better experience because this was not all how my experience at your service facility should have gone.
Wouldn't go to any other dealership. Courteous, and efficient. Way to go Joseph Junior Stephen...
