You are lying to me as well as trying to steal from me. That's what I feel $1000 more than the actual work that was done you were trying to charge me That is unacceptable!!! My wife and I will make sure that we will never come back there again. You can BANK on that!!!

The only good experience I had was with Tim when I picked up my car,had a problem and he fixed it, other than that , definitely NOT five star service, purchases 3 kia,s there since 2017, but no more ,goodbye KIA!!!

Your service charges are ridiculous! Glad I didn't let you fix my car. I would have been out $700 minimum. You were trying to charge me $97 each for coils and over $300 more in labor for a 15 min job. I fixed it myself for $126........... Total. KIA failed the test. Sad that greed and capitalism has come to this. KIA has lost this customer. I know that's insignificant to you but I will use my platform to inform people of better options.

Petra was great. Disappointed that paint is not covered under warranty. I have a Sorrento Older than this Sportage and there are no problems with the paint. It looks like the top clear coat was not done correctly. That’s what is peeling not the paint.

I only wish they would have vacuumed the back seats and floors and trunck not just the front floor. Seemed a bit lazy for how much we pay for maintenance.
