Went in for car pulling to the right and I got a wheel alignment. Pay for it left and car was still pulling to the right had to go back to get fixed.

tech said car was fixed...I picked it up and issue came back before I even got out of the parking lot. Obviously tech did not test drive the car prior to saying it was fixed.

Ac is broke and temperature gauge is broken no call backs to let me know what is going on.it has been over 2 weeks.
Was told my oil was done at 3:50pm from an 11:30am appointment. My car wasn't even being worked on yet so I had to wait another hour then was lied to about it being cleaned so that took even more time. No big deal I have bad days too but I can't help but feel like I was last on priority. I didn't even get my new oil sticker so I don't know when to get my next change.
I would like to let you know that you have some top notch employees. Not only did I get EXCELLENT service from my gal today who has always been so professional, polite and helpful as well as in the past. I would also like to give same type of praise to Seth who has worked with me in the past unfortunately don’t have his last name and Tyler Long. I can say without a doubt this is truly how customer representatives should perform their jobs. Now on the other hand pretty low of owner? to drop a service that was an incentive for me to buy my car which was supposed to be for the life of my car. No upfront notice or anything. To me that is bad business but your employees are the BEST.
