It’s kind of sad that it takes three hours to do a oil change when you had an appointment so disappointed with Fort Pierce Kia and it’s not the first time

When I got home and open the hood, I noticed a vacuum hose was disconnected. Broken wire clip. I took it in for the oil pressure switch which was leaking oil. The service advisor said that the oil pressure switch was changed without removing the intake manifold when I questioned the parts list when I saw that there was no manifold gasket included in the parts list. The oil pressure switch is located underneath the intake manifold… Kia recommends replacing the intake and throttle body gasket if removed. The vacuum hose that was not connected was going to the intake manifold… I’m Not happy with the level of service done on my vehicle am the Lack of care given to something that I work so hard to pay off. I took pics and sent it the advisors and I got no response

Cory James Deroach took care of my oil change in a timely manner.From start time when I pulled into the service area to finish time we were taken care of in a timely.
