Rude staff, not very helpful. U have to ask for information they don't just tell you whats going on. Waited over 3 hours no one gave me updates the entire time. They didn't even wash my car like they said they would. Worst service place ever. Everytime i go there for oil change, constant disappointment

I am furious I said I was there for the service maintenance to keep up with the tires and batteries for life agreement that you offered when I bought the car new in 2011. I did not need tires today. Seth said that Kia owner discontined program. Said there was a clause in purchase agreement that Kia could cancel it anytime. No notice that it was ending. Seems fraudulent. i feel like you lied to me. after all these years getting car serviced by you....poor customer service.
