This was my first maintenance appointment, hopefully next time I have more a bit more time to get a car wash. All the representatives were extremely nice and friendly
I waited 1.5 hours and I told jared a few times that I wanted to make sure my tire pressures were adjusted as they were off… he assured me that they would do that. Well I got my car back and they never adjusted the tire pressure. There was no sticker that shows I had and oil change and the updated mileage when due again. No filters were changed like usual. For waiting as long as I did they barely did anything and then the checklist they lied and said that everything was okay and they lied about the tire pressures. Extremely disappointed

They didn’t glue the silver trimming good around window had to have them take it back Angelina said they didn’t snap to all the way other than that things were fine.( didn’t won’t to have to bring right back.
Excellent customer service
Caitlin was truly a very kind and attentive person. She explained everything clearly and guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions. The experience with her service was excellent. I truly wish there were more people like Caitlin in the world. We are very satisfied with her service and hope to see her again in the future.
First our battery goes dead because of your system update causing me to miss my granddaughters play, then they refuse to replace the battery. Then we pick it up and they were supposed to do an oil change , tire pressure and tire rotation and our tire light was low so we don’t even think they did anything. Cory the service advisor is worthless and kept avoiding my husband asking questions saying don’t know why. Unacceptable. We will never buy another car form Bev smith again.

I’m irritated. When Adam gave me the estimate for 4 new tires, he didn’t mention i had to have an alignment as well. Not to mention it was said i have to get an alignment every 15k miles? I have 26k on my soul now. That was definitely never mentioned!! It may be time to return to my mechanic.
I keep bringing my car in to have issues addressed and they just tell me they can’t duplicate the problem. But yet driving the car when test drove they said they can feel that the car is acting like it’s going to stall when you start to move from a complete stop
