Angela was great……it’s the long wait - 2 hours and 50 minutes! They didn’t put washer fluid in so I mentioned it when I got my vehicle. My car needed a wash and it wasn’t offered. The salesmen are a “PIA”. I wasn’t offered water in the waiting room. Maybe because everyone was at the “Christmas party” in the showroom!?!?

Service staff was excellent! I will be contacting corporate regarding my issue, after I take my car to another dealer to see if my problem is resolved. 1st I love my car❤️But, I have enjoyed the convenience of charging my car in my garage with a charge point charger for 3 years now, when now I am unable to to use any of my 3 at home AC charging devices. After 3 years of use , now I am told I must buy a KIA charger! I say BULLSHIIT. I was not told I would be forced to buy only a specific AC current charger to be able to charge my car. This should be fixed so I can use any AC charging unit I wish to purchase or tell buyers in advance!

Your team was outstanding…. From Angela our Service Advisor to Kiki who helped us with the loaner. Even Samantha who helped check me out when I tuned in the loaner and got my car. Your team is so Customer focused and we really appreciated that. We will not take our vehicle anywhere else…Keep up the good work
