My car is a hybrid and he left the key on but NOT started. Killed my battery to where there was one bar. Says in handbook NEVER do that. Also I said it had a breathalyzer in it and that beeped away when I asked not to start it or mess with any of that. Very unhappy. Will NOT be returning to this Kia dealership.

My service was great, but I was informed about the free battery and tires for life program is now being canceled. I’m not really sure how you can do that since we have a signed contract. I’ve been a loyal customer always doing everything at the shop that you’ve asked I feel very underappreciated and being taken advantage of if you cancel the program.

Got ripped off at your dealership again. I knew not to deal with you but against my better judgement I gave it another try and your service dept ripped me off. Already contacted corporate and have also contacted my bank. I tried getting through today but even with about 3 calls conveniently no one answered the phone or a returned call via message
