Fred was great. Unfortunately despite my 11 AM appointment my car did.not go into the garage until 1 PM. A two and a half hour wait is unacceptable. Why do you have appointments? I'd like to receive a reply.

I just would like to say that Joseph was excellent with his customer service today, keeping me updated on time, price, etc. He went above and beyond in the way he handled things with me and the other customer beside me. He deserves to be complimented on his work ethics.

Went in for recall on airbag unit- light still on - and now my passenger airbag light says airbag off- when I have a passenger! Was going to call after I deal with a health issue this week… Thanks!

Joe helped me today all problems solved . My #1 reason for service was to have the safety recall to prevent theft on SUV Kia 2018 Sorento & replace a break light. I was advised to include the 6 month checkup & that was completed also. I did not get any specific paperwork about the recall software upgrade & would like to have that information for my records.
