All good with the service tec Joseph. Not happy that all with my service contract covers basic oil changes for 2500 dollars. That’s like 400 dollars an oil change at 7500 mile changes. At 16,000 mile tire rotation and alignment cost me an additional 175. On a 48 mo contract I’ll be lucky if I need 6 oil changes. At 2500 all service should be covered, not just $5 off coupons.
I had a 7 am appt. Waited 30 mins in my car for someone to address me, as then Joseph finally comes out and asks what I’m here for, I tell him I bought the vehicle five months ago from this dealership and was here to get an oil change and tire rotation. He tells me within 30 seconds of our conversation that I also need an alignment and that it will cost an additional $169 dollars. I literally laughed because thankfully I’m not a complete idiot and didn’t agree to that as some people who don’t know any better would. How can someone possibly know if I need an alignment within 30 seconds of talking to me? Didn’t even look at the tires or anything. I will definitely not be back to service my vehicle there.

The salesman Nick finach guy Johnathon awesome the general manger also and Nick supervisor …the only one I don’t like there is the guy who is probably your head manager I went in the year ago to trade in my car him and quinton told I should turn my car over to Kia fortunately my son is an attorney and told me to leave a week after my hubby died he did not care he was only looking for the sale I don’t think anybody else is like that in there but my hubby just died a week when I went in there to get an oil change I think they’d should be fired but my interaction this time was gray bc that idiot did not speak to me a I also put that on my review a year ago and people were appalled as they should be
