I was quoted an hour and a half for my service and it took 2 and a half hours. The service visit was not reviewed with me at the time I was told my car was ready. I am not sure how my brakes and tire tread is. Normally this is all explained along with what fluids were topped off. I also was not updated as to the status of the service at all. I had to go and ask about the progress. Not as good a service spot as usual!

I did the appraisal spoke to Nick. He needs not to doubt or question the customer. I told him the passenger side of the car had power seats and he did not believe me and continued to not believe me and question me about it. He treated me as if I was a moron. Hyundai next door is looking better after speaking to him

I need to hear one LEGITIMATE reason why I should request a trade quote when my vehicle is current Year wise and you have no 2024 SPORTAGE for me to look at and consider. Make me an offer with a lower interest rate on a 2024 that is equal to or more well equity than mine and we will talk.

Told service that my car sometimes stop charging with a message “the charging for my EV6 failed. Please check your vehicle”. I have to go unplug it and plug it back in to continue charging. I need this diagnosed and corrected.
Always pleased with the service I receive a Bev Smith Kia. Seth made sure my vehicle was ready at the time I said I needed to leave.
1. We were not greeted when arrived. 2. When a guy came over he asked what we needed then went ahead without saying follow me or I’ll be right back. Then started yelling from afar. 3. He told us it was nothing he could do because he’s not the guy to talk to and he knows nothing about Kia. Wish give his name but he didn’t say it. 4. Joseph stepped out the booth and instantly said there’s nothing he can do because I don’t have a warranty. My husband explained to him how tire warranties work. 5. He stated he wasn’t going to help because they were busy then stated Pirelli is closed on weekend so he can’t get the tire then said we can take a look at it. I went to this location because it’s much closer than West Palm but next time I will gas up my car and drive 40 plus miles out of my way for better service. I wanted to look at a car while I was there but I rather not risk the hassle of bad service. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. Sincerely a paying customer,
