After being told car was done and it was not. Waited for an hour to have rain guards installed. They were installed wrong. Passenger door catches on guard. Needs to be fixed again.
I was very pleased with Corey as always he is my favorite, always professional, and I love for him to take care of me. I was a little disappointed with customer service because I made an appointment for 2 o’clock. They did not have me down so I spent two hours in the waiting area to get a tire plugged no fault of Corey for sure.

I've purchased 3 Kia vehicles since 2017, and the service has always been terrible, but in the past two visits for me were a good experience, no bs, no part availability just good service, you guys better keep this one !!!

Problem was not fixed on first tow-in, yet was told it was addressed and car was ready to go. Told advisor that the fuel pump should be the focus, but was told all is well. Left Kia with car on Sunday, only to stall and die (again) two miles away, and wasted 4 hours waiting for tow and ride. Thank you, as we had to cancel our planned family bbq…
Very disappointed, but by Wednesday, it was finally confirmed that car was fixed and IT WAS the fuel pump. Guess I could be a tech at your shop, as your tech couldn’t get it right…
Petra went above and beyond on both visits the past week. She was excellent. Shane was fantastic taking the time to explain things and was extremely helpful
We were very happy with how Seth handled our issues. We had chosen you for repair because we purchased vehicle with you. Unfortunately we had to have my son return from Jacksonville twice because of faulty part. We do appreciate the diligence of service despite our major inconvenience. We do have a concern and will address it with parts regarding the extreme markup over 100%. It has been brought to our attention by local mechanics we know since living here for 30 years that we extremely over paid for parts. Is it a Bev Smith mark up or Kia? We hope that thiis time the repair is complete.
