Seth was great, the work was great, I got an appointment the same day I called AND nobody from Sales pestered me while I was waiting for my car. I always thought if I did not visit your showroom then I am NOT interested in a new car. The whole experience just seemed better.

They refuse to help me with an issue. I have called so many times, left messages, etc. I wish I wouldn’t have bought from Bev smith. The amazing sales rep preached about the customer service, what a let down.

He was extremely helpful and nice! The only complaint that I have is that when I called to make a service appointment the **** the phone to set the appointment sounded like she was sleeping in a bed and was annoyed that she was dealing with me, not to mention the exchange of my VIN number was completely ridiculous as I had to repeat myself literally 5 different times so that she could get it right. Corey was excellent and in the future I would have interest in only working with him!

My car is pulling to the right and it did not get a wash like I asked and I don’t even think the old was changed because there’s not a new sticker in my window so very unsatisfied with my visit yesterday for my Kia K5
