Cody was super busy, I have never met him he saw me walk up and greeted me with,” Mike with the sportage”? I replied, “yes” He took me right away. And I saw him running around. And Raul is AMAZING so! This two gentleman are stand up dudes and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car!

Appointment at 8:00 and 4 hours later finished. Update was a half hour for the security recall on forte. This is unacceptable. Mr Gonzalez needs to get the service department straightened out. It had been horrible for a few years.

I was unhappy to hear that my a/c was not covered under warranty. The vehicle only has 32,000 miles on it. The explanation I received was some object git under and caused the danage. If something like that actually happened, then why was nothing ekse danaged? I don’t agree with the not covered but I had no choice but to repair it. I’m not happy at all. I’ve been purchasing Kia’s since before your building was built.

In order to have a wheel repaired I have to place a spare on my car for 2-3 days which is just impossible as just driving home on the spare and back to the dealership exceeds the distance you should drive on the spare. This makes the warranty virtually useless. The spare tire is not meant to be used in place of a regular tire. Cory answered my questions and got the wheel rotation completed as requested as it wasn't done on the initial maintinence despite. Cory was nice enough to request a rental to see if that would be covered while the wheel is repaired.
