It was exceptional when I pulled up and the service tech knew my name and what I was there for.
I don't like the way the elderly are taken advantage of there. It's a serious issue.
For some reason they always lose my keys. The last time I took my vehicle in for service the same thing happened. I was at least 30 min there and they couldn't fine my key. They where finally found i. A envelope with some others persons name on the envelope. I could just imagine how many people have gone through this there.
Fred was very pleasant and got the car serviced in a reasonable amount of time.Big improvement on the last time I was there!
I asked for all fluids and tire pressure to be checked and they were not. I was missing a nip to my car’s hood and if I didn’t check, it was not placed. I also asked that the oil mileage sticker be placed and it was not. He said that if I gave him a good review, he’d give me free service. I told him I just needed good service, but that part has been failing. I also asked for him to fix my email and he said he would but it had not been fixed because I have not received any more communication via email and the one that reflected on his computer was fake. I left the dealership very upset at the manipulation and bad service. I am not a happy customer right now. I also spoke to Tim who called saying he was sorry and asked for my husband to call him and when he did, Tim never answered either. I have also emailed Tim twice and he never responds me. We are not happy with the service being provided my KIA lately.
I have a very good interaction with Fred and various other staff at Kia today. Fred answered all my questions and made sure my car was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I drive my car home and she felt like a brand new car! Thanks for making the visit a great experience.
Service was done pretty nicely. I didn’t get a chance to speak with Fred or anyone about my broken side mirror because I guess it was so busy which is fine. My only complaint is the car wasn’t really washed but everything was ok. I usually have Petra but she wasn’t available

My oil light is still on. I was charged an outrageous amount at first.then lowered cost. And to find out Kia has extended warranty concerning that particular part and my car still isn't fixed. My mechanic husband wants the dealership franchise taken away.
Kathy set up my appointment on such short notice for Tuesday morning 930am.For the anti theft recall as I will be out of town. I also got my oil changed while I was there. Waiting room was great no problems. Justin was wonderful and helpful. He got me a few extra anti theft stickers.Thank you all again.

My vehicle is under warranty and I have been waiting a week for the warranty to get approved. I am a single mother of three and have not had my vehicle for a week. I have left the service manager three voicemails and he has not returned any of them.
