Main issue was to replace a steering column that was completed but twice in the last two weeks I had complained about a rubbing noise coming from the undercarriage, and again as I drove away it was not resolved. They were still rubbing noise. I was told the car was gonna be test driven, but evidently it wasn’t.

Fred was wonderful. He was great about setting my initial expectations on timeline and provided me status updates in a timely manner. I am happy with my experience, and trust Fred to help me though future issues I may experience. I also would like to throw thanks out there to Lonnie for helping to take care of the issues with my car. I was very happy that he had saved the parts to show me where the issues were. I had visited Bev Smith in hopes that the care of my car would be better than I had recieved at Wallace, and I am a very satisfied customer.

I don't like the way the elderly are taken advantage of there. It's a serious issue.

For some reason they always lose my keys. The last time I took my vehicle in for service the same thing happened. I was at least 30 min there and they couldn't fine my key. They where finally found i. A envelope with some others persons name on the envelope. I could just imagine how many people have gone through this there.
