I dropped our vehicle off for a scheduled oil change. Upon picking it up and driving away, there was no oil change sticker in which I had to turn back and have someone apply one. There were also grease finger marks on the inside of the passenger door. We're hoping the Service improves in the future.

Frank Negron is the BEST Manager ever. I am soooooooooo glad he’s back. Please keep him, he is the best asset in your Customer Service Dept. No one compares to his level of professionalism, care and overall performance. I honestly hate going to this dealer but when I saw Mr. Negron back at Kia it was like hitting the lottery of happiness. My experience with Kia has been good always now is superior. Thank you!!!!!!

I will not be coming back for service. The owner canceled my tire and battery for LIFE. I had to pay $200.00 for a battery. Have been coming to KIA for service since 2008 when I bought my Sportage. .

Great staff and great service. Constructive criticism - stop torturing the people who wait in the service center with a TV series that is 40 years old- The Price is Right, for 2 hours.
