Frank is the best guy for this job . He works well with customers and he straight forward however the service technicians and the service managers are subpar and the system needs revamping. The service managers and to friendly with the technicians and they do no check their work. I need you to read all my service reports and let me know when the service manager checked the technician who cracked my manifold work. I been telling Seth for months that they never full fixed my vehicle. After several hours of miss work and thousands of dollars in service fees ,your managers just found out that the technician damaged my vehicle. Please help
Fred listened to my concerns and even asked if there was anything else i needed them to look at while i was there. He had my vehicle washed and it didn’t take all day, with my appointment i was out in about an hour but i was looking at other vehicles.
He was very helpful with service and to me!!

Vehicle had to be kept overnight due to ordering a part. But the next day, no one updated me on the status for most of the day. I texted my service contact several times with no reply, called Kia and left a message but never received a call back, called again with no answer, and finally called and was told that my vehicle had been ready. It was a very frustrating situation as this is our only vehicle, and I am also working around the needs of my small children.
Joseph Junior Stephen gave me great service on my Kia Rio. I'm definitely coming to him for all of my service for my car. Made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back to this service center.

Cory is very good. On his day off I tried to contact the service department five times and was unsuccessful and no one ever called me back until he returned from his day off.i asked for a service dept manager and was told there was not one available.the answering service service is a joke.cory should be promoted to service manager
