Jared my service adviser, was amazing. Thank you for assisting with my oil change. I would have loved to return for future services or any work I would have wanted done but the young lady who called me regarding my car pick up was distasteful and it wasn't welcoming giving the fact it's my first time working with this location. I appreciate your customer service overall you Jared was delightful to work with.
Angela did a great job handling my car from the time I got there till it was finished. The shuttle driver was friendly and drove respectfully.
Angela is fantastic and totally deserves a raise. She is well versed in customer service and walked us through every step and kept us updated as service continued. She was not pushy. When offering additional services which we greatly appreciated.
The service aspect was great. Angela was helpful and communicated well. My complaint is that I brought the car to you because I purchased the extended warranty and then the issue was not covered under the warranty. I could’ve taken the car to auto zone and paid half what I paid.
Aside from the wait time, all is good.

After the oil change the tire rotation upon leaving tire light went on for low tire pressure had to readjust tire pressure
Everyone is very nice and the work that the guys did in the garage was OK. The thing that bothers me and it has happened every time I go in for a check up they turned something on to use and they forget to turn it back off I know it is just a small thing but I noticed you have a lot of women bringing their cars in and not all women know how to reset something back. They turned the trip whatever on and when I looked up, I did not see my gas information. I figured it out, BUT. Have a good day.
