The staff has been very cooperative and though we received the goal intended, the process to achieve this was very long and intensive. Perhaps create a structure where the customer does not have to wait for such long periods of time during determining whether the car's repairs are covered under warranty. Additionally, the call went out on Thursday the car was ready, but on Wednesday of the following week the mechanic still needs time to complete notes. Time management needs improving.

I know for a fact that I seen a nail in my front tire and I was insisted that there is nothing in my tire. My tire goes flat every day and I have to put air in my tire every single morning. I seen the nail with my own eyes. I am extremely dissatisfied.

No tire rotation was done in both vehicles and in my VIP package for my Kia seltos I have where all filters and fluids are include and it was not done.

It was a simple reset of my new Kia Soul. Joseph explained what needed to be done and was prompt the car was finished in less than an hour even though I did not have an appointment. I can always trust Kia service at Fort Pierce for kind and personal service
