Hi Wanted to reach out to state I was unhappy with the service today. I asked for 2 things on the vehicle and weren't completed. I asked for the tires to be checked and when I got home I had a flat tire. 2. Tire rotation was not completed

Wasn't asked if I wanted a wash for my vehicle. It wasn't washed or vacuumed like usual. When paying nothing was explained about what was done? Had to ask everything wasn't even shown the paper for what was done till I payed.. I had to asl was the pil changed was the tires rotated? Was anything wrong or fluids topped off? Also when outside waiting to pay heard him and another employee talking about another customer car was ready and they were talking about her loudly about how crazy she is and they don't like to deal with her.. maybe true but very unprofessional. Also he told me my tire was flat after I freaked out he said wrong customer ur car didn't have the nail. Learn ur customers of rrad the paper work before giving someone a heart attack..
