It was a very pleasant experience waiting for my car to have the oil change. People are friendly seem me in good mood. I have no complaint the people. However, I think an hour and a half for oil change was a little excessive, and the next time I need a new blade for my back window blade, I will go someplace else .I felt that over$30.00 was a little excessive as well .
I broke my car in for an anti-theft device to be installed into the ignition however when I pick my car up not only was the hood not closed a oil light was coming on and I found all in my garage this morning
Thins were done fast and the advisor was friendly and informative as well.

My service rep refused to communicate. After my initial meeting with him at the dealership, I received a subsequent text message, offering help at any time and communicate either by calling directly or texting. I called got no answer. Left messages got no return. I texted multiple times never got any Response. After two days and on the third day, I finally was able to get put through to the service manager who was able to tell me any kind of status on my vehicle. In the meantime, I had to rent a car because I was unaware of any Timeframe within which I would receive my car back. My wife had to take off from work because she did not have a vehicle and we did not have any when or how we were going to get our vehicle back. Overall, it was a **** experience. Yes the key might have a great warranty program but it is worthless knowing that this is the process I have to go through to get anything fixed.
Job well done. Was very satisfied. I dropped my vehicle off at 730 and got a shuttle ride to work. Even though my appointment was 930 they had it ready at 830. Great service all around. I enjoyed talking to your shuttle driver as well.
When I got to the dealership the gentleman checking me in didn’t know I was coming! I brought the car there yesterday to fix my air conditioning. I put the air conditioning on today and it doesn’t work!
Corey and the team at Bev Smith at Fort Pierce exceeded my expectations today as they found a nail in my tire. That nail in my tire could have been a problem and hazard. Thank you !
