I came to Kia without an appointment due to a check engine light. She was able to get my vehicle inspected and attended to without delays. She has excellent customer service skills. She made sure I understood what they would be doing to my vehicle and also made sure I had a ride home where I would be more comfortable while they attended to my vehicle. Thanks

The lack of communication between customer which is me and the repair shop is terrible.. I’m not blaming Cory . I had to place numerous calls to find out about my vehicle when it was going to be ready even calling the main phone numbers it was frustrating and at times unbearable I would say customer service has dropped the ball not satisfied at all . Also, the way you pay now is ridiculous. He is the service writer not a cashier. You guys have to get your stuff together a very unsatisfied.Fred C

I wish completely satisfying with the service provided by the dealership. But I was very disappointed with the service I received when I call then to get my car started. I was on the phone on hold for an hour. Thank God I wasn't on 95. Were on a major highway. I wish stuck in my garage
