My daughter and granddaughter scheduled service on this vehicle because they were notified there was a recall. They went in for the service and were told you have to reschedule because they don’t have the parts. You folks knew she was coming in for service for that purpose, my question is why we didn’t receive a call to reschedule because you didn’t have the parts. However, we did receive five or six phone calls from a variety of people wanting us to upgrade. It looks like that was a lot more important than servicing our car when scheduled.

I was not I formed about the costs prior to the completion of my service. The total amount was double the amount shown on my Kia connect account.

There was a little confusion when I dropped my car off at 8am. Was a little disorganized and the person behind me was attended to before me. I seen two employees whispering to each other when I voiced my concern. Very unprofessional. Once I was attended to by Corey everything was great

I brought a tire in to be plugged it couldn't be plugged understandable. We had a 1:30 appointment got there 1:20pm my husband and myself discussed our options we decided to wait we rethink the issue. Turned around told them ok give us the tire.tire cost 298.00 one tire the issue we waited over 2 hours for one tire that is unexceptable.Just to place a tire on a rilm they didnt have to take the tire off tge car. When my hubby went to check tire sitting and 3off your workers was standing talking. Thats the worce service ever
