After my car sat in my driveway for a couple of hours I went to run an errand and when I moved my car I saw a puddle of oil. I am currently trying to get it fixed. I will be sending you the bill.

I had a 12 pm appointment for an oil change and was told it would take about 1-1/2 which is unacceptable if you want my business in the future. The Service Rep was fine but what can he do?

Yes, Jamie was very good and answered my questions and helped me with a few dashboard questions I had. My car is still new to me and has lots of bells and whistles. All staff I came in contact with were very helpful.
