Jamie was professional,honest, and helpful. She helped with checkout and made sure that I got into my vehicle before leaving me. She did a wonderful job. I also appreciated your sales advisor Cameron. He was very polite and sat with me to chat while I waited for my vehicle. He did try to get me to look at a 2025 K5 and he was very polite when I declined. He still continued to chat a little bit more.

I called to schedule a service appointment for my vehicle I had to arrange for someone to pick me up as I have a newborn daughter and my husband is out of town. I arrived early to my appointment and quickly was told I would have to wait because there were 3 others ahead of me. I understood and waited patiently.after 45 minutes of waiting in the service line, I was told that I was forgotten about because an employee used the wrong color tag. I understood that mistakes happen and waited patiently for the paperwork so I could drop my vehicle off. During this period another employee approached my sister in her vehicle and rudely told her to move her vehicle out of the service entrance. Please note there was no one in the line. She waited in a parking spot for the first 45 minutes we were waiting but pulled forward once I was told I would be leaving soon. I was also told my car would be cleaned & it was not. I am frustrated as I feel my time is viewed as invaluable to your employees. I spent over an hour total waiting to “drop” my vehicle off & another 20 waiting to pick it up after an employee called to tell me it was ready.

I had trouble dropping off the car but it worked out. Picked it up and had bird dropping s all over it but the service as far as I know was fine.
