No one has contacted me to say my parts are even in. They definitely haven’t worked on my car yet. I am 100% UNsatisfied that a piece of molding on my brand new Telluride fell off. My car looks ridiculous! Now I am getting texts saying my car is ready and come pick it up-while my car is sitting in my driveway! I bet no one has even ordered my parts yet! So no, I’m not satisfied!

He was kind courteous and communicated necessary information and he was accomidating. I even knew what my estimated price was prior to service completion which was great! I also loved the ease and of completion of the process when picking up my car. The service was really great!

I'm coming into the dealership at 7 am tomorrow. The new oil filter was sitting on my drivers seat still in the plastic. My old filter stil attached to the car. I need an experienced automobile technician To tell me how I have new oil in my car with an old filter. Im convinced your mechanic just reset the dashboard. Your mechanic probably did this because it was a free service. Please explain guys

I did not receive any information that my vehicle was done even though the service provider said that she tried to call. I had no missed call or voicemail. Also, No air was put in my tires, they did not reset the service schedule on my display or put a new sticker in the car to tell me when I should be back for more service.
