Cory was great as per useral. He was prompt and efficient. He was able to make us aware of what was going even though the service center was extremely short staffed and we had to wait in the service area waiting area for over 2 hours. Because the complimentary shuttle did not return. It was okay because when I came to him and asked for updates they where provided. Cory is a great advisor and is an asset to the Bev Smith Kia Dealership. That man deserves and should receive a bonus. The others on staff was great has well. And the bathroom issue was addressed when I brought it to their attention. So thanks for the service on my suv.

My gear problem remained unsolved for 12 months. Fred was most concerned and went all out helping me get it resolved. He made many calls to assure that the work done was completely covered. It took several days to complete and Fred fixed me up with a courtesy vehicle. I really appreciate all the time and effort he spent to get the job finished. My opinion of the Service Dept. went from 0 to 10. Please give Fred a raise.

First service with Kia since purchase. Easy scheduling. I received required service and recall. There was no sticker for the oil change return and now I have a automatic power brake engaged which I wasn't advised about nor did the men moving my car know about.

When you have your check in for service and your rep sits in my car and starts turning your steering wheel left and right then shakes her head.I tell her nothing is wrong with my steering then open the hood and tell me I need filters I tell her no I don't I charge them she laughs. Since when does someone who isn't a mechanic check my car. Then on check out she asks me what I didn't like about the service I told her the check in. She then told me if I didn't like the service I should think about taking my business elsewhere and then laughs. If you think I would buy another car from you think again

It took over a month to schedule several potentially dangerous recall services. I had multiple appointments that I needed to attend. I expressed my need for a courtesy car and was given excuse after excuse why I wouldn't be provided with one. So I had to pay for several Ubers out of my own pocket. It's unacceptable.
