The service adivsor Pablo is a nice guy but he was simply overworked. There is much wrong here but I will focus only on the parts under Bev Smith Kia control. I noticed the car done by about 2:10 p.m. but I waited until around twenty after before I attempted to call Pablo. He did pick up when the service desk receptionist tried to reach him, so they sent a text message. Eventually, about a half hour later I was standing outside and I chanced to speak to another service rep. I told him I could see my car just sitting and I wanted to get a status update. (We had been there since our appointment time at 11:00 a.m.) That gentleman got ahold of Pablo who said my car was done, only paperwork. The other rep went to get the car but on driving it over notice the left Daytime Running Light was not working. This was a problem when I brought the car in. Despite instructions to the contrary, the technician had simply changed the bulb. (I had left an OEM bulb on the front seat and told Pablo about that.) So Pablo wrote off the price of the bulb -- I did not pay for it. But the problem was not the bulb; I knew that and said so on arrival. The technician obviously did not fully troubleshoot the issue. Pablo took the car back over to the service bay, had the tech look at it again and the answer I have now is the wiring harness must be replaced ($2,000). We finally drove away about 3:15, or around an hour from the time I first noticed my car just sitting with nothing being done to it. The "Bev Smith Multipoint Inspection" sheet included in my paperwork had no marks on it at all; I assume that no check was conducted. The car certainly was not clean, not inside nor outside.

I tried calling to make a recall appointment over 22 times (kept a log of dates and times) but never got through. I had to go physically to the location to be able to make the appointment. I still had to wait over a month for the appointment. The day comes and despite knowing that the vehicle was scheduled,the job wasn't completed because a part needed to be ordered. One of the areas of concern was completely brushed off, no matter how many times I've asked to get it repaired. The vehicle was purchased directly at your location, but neither of the mechanics involved can figure it out. A true shame!

Yes all was good. But I think management buts to much on the service advisor. You should have a cashier and let the service advisor pay more attention to the customer

Great customer service , friendly nice.. Suggestion: they took the play area away.. but maybe offer some coloring sheet and crayons for the kids...sitting for a couple of hours they get pretty bored.. love kia !

I reported several issues. I advised the tech I wanted them to do a thorough inspection of all trim and weatherstripping around my car. When I was notified my car was ready I went and got the paperwork from Fred. I went over everything on paper, but one item was different on paper than what he advised me of by phone. When I asked him about that he said "Excuse me- I have to go talk to a mechanic. Then I went to my car and noticed the trim on my driver side was up and not tacked down. Then on driver passenger window the visor was also crooked and causing my weatherstripping around the window was being stressed by this. Tim- a service manager tried his best to accommodate me. I have to tell you- I am not happy that I have to drive a new car around with trim coming off, or taped on. Tape on a new car is not a good look for me or KIA! My husband had passed away and I cannot afford a new car or I would trade it in for another car completely! I have already paid for an extended warranty and a maintenance plan. This is my 4th Kia -3rd with Bev Smith and I have to say I am not happy with the Telluride at this point after finding out this has been an issue with the 2024's. Yet, I was never notified until I had the issue! I was told everything was on back order. Yet my paperwork I received did not reflect that when I was going over it with Fred.
