Pablo is always professional, courteous, and accommodating! He was having issues this morning with your printer when I arrived and was flustered, however when it came to him acknowledging me as one of his VIPS, he treated me as always, kind, professional and apologetic for the printer issue that was affecting him from doing his job. Bev Smith Kia you need to upgrade or replace your equipment that fails that affects your people from doing their job! I do hope you read these surveys because your service writers need help to continue to produce service orders and do their job effectively for their and your customers!

Waited 3 hours for a service and recall item and the recall item was not done. I like Kia but on this occasion despite the staff being professional and friendly I can’t help but be disappointed with the outcome.

When I went to leave after the recall was done my dashboard lite up with all the light that go on when your car needs work done, ie air bags problem, incline slope, etc. I stopped my car a fee free from where it was parked and explain to Caitlin what was going on with the dashboard panel and it needed to be fixed as it as not they were not lite up when i dropped it off for the recall. She said it was not there problem as they did the recall and did not and did not have to look at the other problem caused by them. My mileage counter was back to zero and my clock was flashing so they had to disrupt something in the engine department. I explained that when my vehicle with them there did not have this problem. She still refused to resolve this problem and I leave feeling like I was a nobody. doing
