We are not happy with the salesman who sold us this terrible warranty. We bought a 5,000 warranty from you and was not told that we had a $500 deductible which is ridiculous. We have also been waiting over 4 months for our warranty paperwork, which is probably why we never received it. We will never buy a car from Kia dealership.
I will drive to the Kia in Vero to avoid to ever coming back to this place.
My assistant, Pablo, was 45 minutes late to my appointment. When I asked other coworkers at Kia if they knew whether Pablo came into work that morning or was even on the premises, nobody could give me an affirmative answer. When he finally did arrive he was completely rude and condescending. I left in shock and shaking with the way this man spoke to me and treated me.
Caitlin was Fantastic. Answered all my questions and helped me get New tires. Caitlin helped me understand the application to be able to buy the tires. I never would have been able to do that myself. Thank You Caitlin!!! Oh and can you Please put the Benches back!!!! I like to sit outside. If you can get some that are comfy that would be best. Thank you for awesome service people you Employ !!
I was in the hospital so my son had to bring it in for me and they were gracious enough to give him a ride home! Thank you for cleaning it for me also

had a spare on my car and purchased a tire. Fred told me that the spare was put back under the carriage where it belonged.
But it was in my trunk when I got home. I returned and asked that it be installed and after an hour and half I inquired if my car was ready. Fred took me over to his booth and showed me the steel cable and handle saying it was torn when the spare was removed. That was not true. I stood in the rain as the spare was released and removed. I have 2 witnesses that the cable was not off and went back in the storage area. Also its steel braided and there is no way it could have been torn out without special tools. And Fred assured me that the spare was installed the first time. Now he is asking for $500 dollars to purchase and install another cable. Its a scam snd I called the service manager but return call yet. Im so disappointed at being a 20 yr client and being treated this way.
The employees there couldn’t have been more nice. They did an excellent job with the warranties that I had and was spot on when they would be finished with my car.
I worked with the Service Mgr, Richard and I could not ask to be treated any better.
When i purchased vehicle in 2022, I was told that my service plan for oil changes included tire replacement as well. Last time I had my vehicle serviced I was told this was not the case, and tires are only covered under road hazard. Today my rep was fine, this isn’t an issue with him, just the company in general, they attempt to get me to appraise my car before they even service it, then try to tell me I need all kinds of maintenance on my car, and then ask if I’d like a complimentary car wash before picking my car up which I thanked them for and said yes, it was on my paperwork as if it was completed but my car wash never washed. Just overall highly disappointed in this company.
My advisor was fine..whatvI was not satisfied with was the amount of time it took to complete my service. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Not acceptable.

Guy ran the card incorrectly and got it locked. Had to go to the bank and they said that it was inputted incorrectly 6 times! And I was supposed to have my second oil change free with my purchase of the car. He said he couldn’t find that and I had to pay $92 for an oil change. If I knew it would be that much I would have taken it some where else. Not happy with this experience at all
Pablo was fabulous. He was attentive and kept me completely informed about the progress with my vehicle. He further arranged for a loaner when parts had to be picked up at another dealer. Pablo is a 10 out of 10!
