Pablo , Was very good but for the second time it took over three hours to finish my service. I think you over schedule and then you get people in without an appointment.

Pablo handled the situation very well. This is our first KIA and the maintenance workflow is confusing. Itge confusion is still there but we were able to move forward. We STILL need help understanding the warranty we purchased

Every time I go there the service tech have create or caused or could not find a simple problem. One my vehicle inspection it stated I needed a cabin filter but it wasn’t actually checked as it was replaced a week ago. They have caused my car to have issues in the past and just an overall horrible experience. I would not recommend nor do any of my friends recommend as they have had similar issues. Advisor was fine but your shop help is poor.

Will never do business with Kia again. The actual service that I got for the problem was fine but the problem should not have occurred in the first place this is not the fault of the service department but the sales department.

Jamie did her best and she was a very efficient Kia worker however we were there for three hours. They still did not complete all the problems and they were asked by Jamie to wash our car which they did not. They returned it the same way we brought it in.

Service seemed ok, but you said to go home as it would take a while and after being home for about 20 minutes got a call back to say car was done. Your courtesy driver touted for tips all the time, which I gave, saying your pay is very low. Plus your courtesy car wash left dirt all over the car. Didn’t wash car at all.
