I was so impressed with Caitlin’s fortitude. Not only did she go out of her way to make me feel important but then even went up a notch. I had lost a credit card down in a space by the hand brake, which took some injanuity, I was so impressed that she got it done!. I am 76 and a widower.she really made me feel good! She is GREAT!!! I ended up with a new car which is fine! I am happy with it. But I disagree with the incompleteness of the payment amount. I am a firm believer that honesty is the best policy. I went into this expected to leave with a lower monthly payment. But the sales team don't mention that their lower payment does not include the maintenance package. Finance breaks this to you. I left with a higher payment per month of about $90.00. As I said, I have accepted this, and went through with the sale.
