Was not satisfied at all (this time). I think things could and should have been handled differently. I came in with something draining my battery but,was told to get another one before it could be checked whether get a new one somewhere else or a new one there. When all that needed to be done was to charge my battery at Kia then check to see what was draining it.But I had a new one installed at Kia then had to take the one that was replaced to Interstate Batteries in Stuart which they said it only needed to be charged. Was given a replacement battery at Interstate Batteries and had to come back to Kia and plead my case to get installed battery removed and replaced and a refund for battery installed by Kia. Luckily Richard was able to help, and I thank him for that
I greatly appreciated my service with Caitlin Neeson. She is one of the best Bev Smith Kia advisors. She has a lot of good qualities that can make the company reach his goals. As client satisfaction is important. And I want her to service my car in the future. I think she deserves a reward for excellent provided to the customers. While I was waiting in the lobby I noticed the remarkable care she provided to other customers. It was wonderful.
