Jamie was GREAT! She was energetic and friendly throughout the entire process and helped me get acclimated to my new location. She answered all of my questions and provided me with additional info and tips that were extremely helpful. She is a great asset to the team and I look forward to revisiting this location for all of my vehicles needs! Great job Jamie!

Once she was assigned to me, it was great.At first I was assigned to Kevin, he was not there, so it was like no one was stepping up to start my service. But Angela was great, accommodating,even apologized.

The repair went very smoothly. Caitlin kept me advised of what was happening, the KIA Van drove me home and took me back to Bev Smith KIA when my car repair was complete, and the air conditioner worked Well. Another successful deal at Bev Smith KIA!

I was given multiple pricing,, I had to demand to leave 2x because they changed the payment. Higher each time!!! They didn't give me paperwork and when asked they said ohh it's a USB. Shouldn't I have known that when we finished signing?My vehicle is filthy for. BrNd new vehicle this is unacceptable! When I went to leave the vehicle was on E... I had to come back for gas. I love my K4, ITS A BEAUTIFUL vehicle. But this will be the last I buy from Bev Smith.
